We are engineers and contractors by trade who fell in love with our community after purchasing our first home on the border of Altadena and Pasadena. With a unique skill set—both of us being licensed structural engineers and one of us having years of experience with a general contractor—we bring a deep understanding of design and construction. After countless questions from family and friends and becoming actively involved in the community, especially in the wake of the fires, we realized the need for fair, accessible, and expert building services. Casa Roble Expansion and Remodel
A 750 SF addition to an existing 1,000 SF home, seamlessly integrating a new primary suite and expanding the living areas to enhance functionality while preserving its 1940s charm. The front facade was completely redesigned and rebuilt, transforming the home with stunning Craftsman-style curb appeal.
