Commercial Construction

Construction of a new rooftop restaurant space in Downtown Los Angeles, featuring a custom steel deck and rooftop garden. The project also included large operable glass doors, all built on top of an existing non-ductile concrete building that underwent seismic retrofit as part of the overall project scope.
