Dr. Roldán is an accomplished structural engineer with over 15 years of experience in the assessment of existing structures and design and management of complex engineering projects. His expertise extends to design management for a major data center provider, where he has successfully led architectural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical teams on large-scale projects. In addition to his practical experience, Ricardo serves as an adjunct professor at Woodbury University, where he shares his knowledge and passion for structural engineering with the next generation of architects.
Throughout his career, Ricardo has played a pivotal role in advancing engineering practices and standards, contributing to multiple code-writing committees both nationally and internationally that shape industry building codes. Ricardo completed his Master Degree and Ph.D. in Structural Earthquake Engineering at the ROSE School in Pavia, Italy.

Gennelle Dedek, PE

Gennelle completed her Master Degree in Structural Engineering at Stanford University. She has over 6 years of experience as practitioner in Structural Engineering and over 7 years of experience dedicated to the construction industry as part of a General Contractor and also as a Mass Timber subcontractor. Gennelle has completed multiple design and construction projects in California gaining insights into the design and construction aspects of the industry.
Gennelle has served as Adjunct Professor for future generation or architects and engineers at Sci-Arc University and the California State University at Los Angeles. Gennelle is also passionate about volunteer work with the ACE Mentor Program of America, engaging and enlightening high school students to purse careers in architecture, engineering and construction through mentoring and continued support.
